Our Story

Red Square Dental & Orthodontics began its journey in 2006 as Cornerstone Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. In November 2020, we expanded into a brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic next door and reintroduced ourselves under a new name: Red Square Dental & Orthodontics.

Our Passion

Serving private pay and insured patients alike. We accept most major insurances, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and VA patients. We also offer financing options such as Care Credit, Sunbit and Teacher Advantage. Our goal is to eliminate barriers to care so that every patient has access to the treatment they need, when they need it.

Our Clinic

Designed with comfort in mind, our clinics have free massage chairs, a café, and a video game arcade. They are designed to welcome every patient—family-friendly and fully accessible. All treatment is done in large private treatment rooms that can accommodate multiple family members or care takers.

Treatment: Typically braces or clear aligners; often, the easiest to correct.

Treatment: Braces, functional appliances (e.g., Herbst, Twin Block), and possibly jaw surgery in severe adult cases
