No. You can book a free orthodontic consultation directly with our Closner location without a referral.

We recommend a first orthodontic evaluation around age 7. Early exams let us guide jaw growth and create room for erupting teeth which can reduce or even avoid more involved treatment late.

Absolutely. Adults make up a large share of our orthodontic patients, and clear aligners are a popular choice because they are discreet and removable for work and social events.

Most clear aligner cases run about 6 to 18 months, while traditional braces typically run 12 to 24 months. Your exact timeline depends on your bite and how consistently you wear your aligners or attend adjustments.

We work with more than 100 insurance plans, and many PPO plans include an orthodontic benefit. Our team verifies your coverage before treatment begins so you know your out-of-pocket cost up front.

We offer 0% interest in-house payment plans, CareCredit and Sunbit financing you can apply for in the office, and Teacher Advantage, which gives educators and support staff up to 24 months of interest-free financing on out-of-pocket expenses.
